Property for Industry Limited advises that its annual meeting of shareholders will be held on Friday, 22 May 2009 at the Ellerslie Convention Centre, Auckland.

Pursuant to NZSX Listing Rule 3.3.2, Property for Industry Limited advises that director nominations are now open.

The closing date for nominations will be midday on Friday, 24 April 2009.
